While new campus development among not-for-profit providers slowed coming out of the great recession, the number of projects is on the rise. Additionally, there have been many examples of very successful expansion projects on existing campuses or on adjacent parcels of land. Hear about the latest development trends, see peer provide examples and learn how to launch successful projects despite construction, inflation and pandemic-related pressures.
