Earlier this month, Greystone hosted its annual Sales Adventure, a dynamic three-day conference designed to inspire and empower senior living sales and marketing professionals. This year the conference took on an “Every Day is Gameday” theme, where attendees tackled power-packed content to create the ultimate sales playbook. We welcomed over 150 attendees from nearly 60 organizations, representing a diverse cross-section of our industry, including operational, expansion, blue-sky, and rental communities across all levels of living.
The event began with an exclusive pre-conference day for Sales and Marketing Directors, which featured topics customized to leadership roles and the opportunity to strategize with peers on tackling future challenges. The full conference kicked off on Tuesday, offering invaluable networking opportunities with industry peers, high-impact educational sessions, interactive breakouts, and more. Attendees gained cutting-edge strategies to navigate evolving market dynamics and implement marketing tactics that drive success.
Attendees gained invaluable insights from industry experts, including NFL and NBA sales executive Paul Epstein, Greystone Co-CEO John Spooner, and Brad Breeding of MyLifeSite.net. From these impressive keynote speakers to interactive breakout sessions and thought-provoking panel discussions featuring both industry leaders and resident perspectives, attendees reported feeling empowered, energized, motivated, and well-equipped to take these insights back to their communities.
Beyond inspiring educational presentations, Sales Adventure also celebrated the outstanding achievements of Greystone sales teams. We were honored to recognize these sales professionals – both individual contributors and team units – for their diligence in securing outstanding occupancy and revenue goals for their respective communities. This year’s awards and winners included:
