Greystone is pleased to announce that Forefront Living closed on the long-term financing for its newest campus, Bella Vida, in San Antonio, TX. The successful closing included $230,250,000 of bonds issued through New Hope Cultural Education Facilities Finance Corporation and underwritten by B.C. Ziegler and Company.
Bella Vida is the newest community planned by Forefront Living, a Texas based non-profit senior living provider. The community will be located on approximately 26.7 acres approximately 15 miles northwest of downtown San Antonio and will consist of 164 independent living apartments, 40 independent living villas, and 16 memory support suites, as well as a wellness/fitness center, indoor pool, café and bistro, and several outdoor amenity spaces. The campus is embracing the ‘aging-in-place’ concept with no plans for assisted living or skilled nursing in this first phase of construction.
Bella Vida achieved 70% presales in Q1 of this year, ahead of the original schedule. First occupancy for the campus is expected in 2026.
