The Collierville Herald recently reported on progress at The Farms at Bailey Station, a Retirement Companies of America project in the Memphis suburb of Collierville, TN.

In late May, the project team started construction of the Jordan River Health Center, which will be just a portion of the expansive senior living campus. The $26 million Health Center alone will include 60 private nursing suites and a 4,000-plus-square-foot rehabilitation and therapy center.

The Farms at Bailey Station is altogether a $215 million project that will be built in four phases on 36 acres in Collierville. Plans call for independent living apartments and garden homes, a separate assisted living and memory support center, a clubhouse, a central park with walking trails, a 350-seat performing arts center and more.

Once finished, The Farms at Bailey Station will serve 500-plus residents and employ about 250 team members. Greystone is serving as an advisor on the project. Learn more about The Farms at Bailey Station.
