The American Institute of Architects features the Ridge and Boulders at RiverWoods and The Legacy at Willow Bend in its “Design for Aging Review 10,” a biannual competition that recognizes innovation in designing communities that improve the quality of life for seniors.

RiverWoods is a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in Exeter, N.H. It earns a Merit Award in the Planning/Concept Design category. The Legacy is a CCRC located in Plano, Texas. It is given a Special Recognition designation in the Building category. Greystone served as development consultant on both projects.
