California’s Central Valley is now home to one of the most modern, attractive and amenity-laden senior living communities thanks to expansion at California Armenian Home in Fresno.

California Armenian Home’s new expansion is called The Vineyards, a $42 million project designed to modernize CAH’s senior living offerings while also completing the organization’s continuum of care. Community leadership and residents, as well as members of the project team, gathered Feb. 10 at the community for a special grand opening ceremony. The grand opening event included a blessing of the new buildings, a tour, a reception and more.

The Vineyards includes 72 independent living units, 50 assisted living units and 36 memory support suites, as well as amenities like a theater, salon, fitness center and multiple dining venues. Greystone served as development consultant on The Vineyards project.
