The Terraces at Bonita Springs recently held its official grand opening in Bonita Springs, Fla. Sponsored by SantaFe Senior Living, The Terraces is a continuing care retirement community that includes 144 independent living units, 48 assisted living units, 40 memory support units and 40 skilled nursing beds. Bonita Springs Mayor Ben Nelson and Christine Ross, CEO of the Bonita Springs Chamber of Commerce, attended the grand opening ceremony. Read more and see a photo from The Terraces’ grand opening.
“The Terraces is a first-class organization and a wonderful addition to our city,” said Mayor Nelson. “It’s a great source for jobs, will provide excellent services to people and boost the local economy.”

As of the grand opening ceremony, 92 of The Terraces’ apartments were occupied. Greystone served as development and marketing consultant.
