Record-breaking marketing success has transformed into real progress for RiverWoods as it begins development of a continuing care campus in Durham, NH.
This month, RiverWoods officially broke ground on its new community, which will include 150 independent living units, 24 assisted living units, 24 memory support suites and 24 skilled nursing beds. The organization had previously reached 100% presales in just 6 weeks — an astonishing pace.
Attendees at the groundbreaking included organization executives, the town manager of Durham, members of the Durham Town Planning Board, Greystone team members and others. Greystone is serving as development consultant on this project.
“We are grateful to all our partners gathered here today, and to our new RiverWoods Durham residents, that we are able to bring the RiverWoods way of life to more people,” said Justine Vogel, CEO of The RiverWoods Group. “No project this significant gets done without a great deal of teamwork, and support from the community, and based on our experience so far, we are off to a great start.”
