Management Services (Operations) is responsible for implementing and maintaining all systems, personnel and procedures necessary to operate our communities in accordance with the strategic plan for each community. Services provided include systematic pre-opening processes; ongoing management and operations support; hiring, training and development of community Executive Directors and management teams; assisting with operations compliance with various state and federal agencies; and maintaining clear communication with sponsor organization boards. Operations professionals generally have a background in healthcare or hospitality management, and preferably in Continuing Care Retirement community management. Strong people skills and problem resolution are critical to operations professionals. A passion for quality and the ability to build quality relationships are also extremely important.
