Marketing Services is responsible for driving sales and increasing occupancy for numerous senior living communities in all stages of development and operations. The marketing team creates and manages flexible marketing programs that respond to the demands of a wide variety of products and markets. Clients receive our expertise in competitive analysis, strategic branding, senior living sales training, advertising, promotion and marketing communications designed to meet critical financial and strategic sales goals. Having marketed more than 30,000 senior housing residences in 40 states, one of the most important strengths Greystone offers is our knowledge of the customer. Marketing professionals generally hold a degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Finance. Sales, marketing, management or consulting experience is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are critical, along with interpersonal and leadership skills. Other important attributes include proficiency in presenting and public speaking, and the ability to quickly learn and utilize the REPS management software.
