Louisville’s newest senior living community has welcomed its first residents. Miralea, sponsored by Masonic Homes of Kentucky, pre-sold 92 percent of its units and developed a waitlist of 49. By the end of this week, 33 units will be occupied.

Miralea includes 90 independent living apartments and 12 patio homes. The $43 million, 160,000-square-foot community sits on an 11-acre portion of the Masonic Homes of Kentucky campus in Louisville. The development team includes Greystone as development consultant, BosseMattingly as general contractor, Reese Design Collaborative as interior designer and AG Architecture.

Ribbon-cutting and grand-opening ceremonies are expected before the end of the year. Click here to learn more about Miralea.
