Mary’s Woods at Marylhurst is undertaking a significant expansion project at its continuing care campus in Lake Oswego, OR — and the local media is starting to take notice.

In 2017, the community secured $114.815 million in tax-exempt bond financing and $60.25 million in tax-exempt mandatory pay-down securities to fund Phase I of its expansion, which includes 144 independent living units, 48 assisted living units, two common area buildings, 152 underground parking spaces and 150 above-ground parking spaces. In 2018, the community secured $41.4 million in bond financing for Phase II, which will add 54 independent living units, office space and other amenities.
