Our Team

Get To Know Us

At Greystone, our approach to senior housing rests on four core beliefs:

  • We believe a senior living community’s success is based on enriching the lives of its residents, not developing real estate.
  • We believe reducing risk benefits everyone – owners, residents and lenders.
  • We believe in having in-house experience in every area that is integral to successful development and operations.
  • We believe in doing whatever it takes to get the job done.

This philosophy stems from our senior management team’s more than 30 years of knowledge and experience. We continue building upon that foundation every day by learning from and adapting to the changing consumer and business landscape. We’ve partnered with more than 350 clients in 46 states. Clients who continue to turn to us for assistance as they face the future and the new challenges it presents.
