The Terraces at Los Altos in California’s Silicon Valley hosted a groundbreaking ceremony last week, officially kicking off the first phase of a redevelopment effort. The community, formerly known as Pilgrim Haven, will add new skilled nursing and memory care units plus related commons areas in this first phase. Future phases of redevelopment will include new assisted living and independent living units. The entire project is expected to reach completion in 2015.
The Terraces at Los Altos is sponsored by American Baptist Homes of the West. Greystone is serving as development consultant.
