The Terraces of Boise has achieved one of its most significant milestones — bond financing that paves the way for full development of the continuing care retirement community. Planned for 12.6 acres in the Harris Ranch area of Boise, Idaho, The Terraces will be a full Life Care community sponsored by Cornerstone Affiliates, an affiliate of American Baptist Homes of the West.
When finished, the community will include 161 independent living units, 40 assisted living units, 24 memory support suites and 48 skilled nursing beds. The development timeline calls for an opening in June 2015. Greystone is serving as development consultant at The Terraces. See images of early construction in the gallery below.

Residents, community leadership and development team members gathered late last year for a ribbon-cutting ceremony at Edgewood Summit, a continuing care retirement community in Charleston, W.Va. The ceremony officially opened Edgewood Summit’s third phase, called The Arthur B. Hodges Center. This expansion includes 18 memory support units and 20 skilled nursing beds, completing the community’s continuum of care.
Edgewood Summit previously included 127 independent living units and 40 assisted living units. Greystone serves as Edgewood Summit’s development and management consultant.
